This house will entertain your guests! This was a perfect stay for my mixed-age group. I didn't need to play hostess, everyone did their own thing and had a blast! The theater room was a hit! We made a couple requests of Sabrina and received prompt responses. The home was fun, cozy and met our needs. Sabrina is an excellent host. I would recommend this home to others.

Theatre room, outdoor space, hot tub and game room made it a great option for soccer tournament, Butler Volleyball and a Colts game for a long weekend stay. Very close to bottleworks district/Mass Ave. had something for everyone. College football in the theatre room was perfect.

The home was even more beautiful than the photos indicated. So many nice touches and amenities to make us and our grandchildren feel at home. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen were immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and desserts for our family.
Sabrina was a great host. She stayed in contact and helped accommodate us when we needed a little flexibility in checking out. We appreciated all the touches from variety of Keurig coffees, flavors and teas, fluffy towels, luxury bedding, board games and extra blankets for cuddling on the couch on movie nights. We are looking forward to rebooking this family friendly, fun, comfortable beautiful home in the near future!

House is full of the fun! Theater room is incredible. Backyard is great for a gathering space. Loved the hot tub. Comfy beds. Kitchen well stocked. Decor was creative and Indy themed.

House was great and perfect for our family! Kids loved the basement and appreciate the popcorn:). Host was super fast responding and very reasonably priced! Thank you!

This stay was AMAZING! There was so much effort put into the little details that made our stay the best. They have all the dishes, appliances, outdoor equipment, etc. that you could ever need for a weekend stay. Communication was great, quick, and very helpful! I could not recommend this stay enough!

Absolutely loved this place. We did have an issue with the living room tv, but when contacting Sabrina, she was very helpful and responsive. This was a kid-free night for us but we still took advantage of all the fun things to do!

Beautiful place to stay and in a great location, nice and quiet. Very clean and spacious house with plenty of things to keep you entertained. The host is very knowledgeable and willing to help out with any problems or questions that come up. Ready to come back and enjoy another stay already.
