Sabrina was proactive and made sure we had all the information we needed before arrival. The house was spotless and exactly as described. Everything was well‑stocked, and the games and amenities were awesome. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Beville at Bottleworks! The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and packed with amenities that made it hard to leave. The 4K movie theater and game room were huge hits, and we loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and hanging out by the fire pit at night. The backyard putting green was a great touch as well!
The location is perfect — close to Bottleworks, Fountain Square, and an easy drive to Lucas Oil Stadium / Downtown Indy. The host was responsive, thoughtful, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for families, groups, or anyone looking for a fun and comfortable stay in Indianapolis. This is truly a 5 star airbnb and host, we will try and book this when we are back next year!

Overall, this was a great place to stay. We had an issue with a slow drain and Sabrina sent someone over to fix it immediately. Sabrina was very responsive both before and during our trip. Great communication. Great house. Great neighborhood. Very clean. Wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils and pans, which made it feel just like home. We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday here with family, and it was truly amazing. Everyone had a great time, especially playing the games, the arcade games were such a fun, nostalgic touch! Sabrina was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. So many great memories were made, and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay for a multi-family get together. Our group of former college rowers, our kids, and one little dachshund LOVED our stay. I especially appreciated that Sabrina communicated that extra nights were available. Overall we had an amazing experience.

I was looking for a place to stay just outside of Indianapolis. This place was perfect. 30 minutes to Gainbridge Fieldhouse but far enough away to be out of the city happenings. Home was in a great neighborhood, was peaceful, and had everything we needed. A++++

the home was as described, the beds were extremely comfortable, the neighborhood is one of the best in Indy, private surroundings but close to everything. Sabrina was very responsive and was a great place for family of all ages.

This was the perfect home for us to celebrate the New Year! My husband and I wanted a place that would be good for us to relax and enjoy family while still entertaining 4 teenagers! The kitchen was perfect for making cookies and many meals and appetizers for New Year’s Eve. The game rooms were perfect for keeping teens busy. Our dogs felt right at home and loved the fenced in backyard. Sabrina and her Husband were great Hosts! They went above and beyond for us! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

The house was amazing! Much bigger than the pictures made it look. My daughter had her 12th birthday party here and all her friends were saying how “sigma” the house was. The girls enjoyed the movie theater, which is huge! And they ran all around and loved going out in the snow and then jumping in the hot tub. The kitchen was amazing for cooking meals and setting all the food options out for everyone to come and go as they please. The table was big enough for all the girls to sit and do crafts or eat yummy meals. There are so many full bathrooms in this house and so many places to sleep! This was perfect for an entire weekend to celebrate my girl and her party w her besties! We were all snowed in and it was awesome!

The house was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. It had plenty of room for our group, and the kids loved having so many things to do. The kitchen was fully stocked, and I was able to prepare a full holiday dinner with no issues. I cooked a lot of dishes at home, but realized I could have done everything there because all the cookware and supplies were available. Communication was easy and the host was responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
